Luna the Weimaraner Mix from Washington, D.C.

Hi! My name is Luna and I'm a Weimaraner mix puppy from Washington, D.C. Mommy adopted me from the local animal shelter. She was dreading the task of house training a puppy, but I had a big surprise for her...I was already trained! I don't know why anyone would have given me away. I'm very sweet, I never bark (literally never), and I'm not bad to look at. I love my Mommy very much.

You heard right. I was a potty trained shelter puppy!

And I never bark! Sometimes I do show off my nice teeth, though.

Some would call me "perfect".

But I just think of myself as lucky!

Stoney the Poodle Mix from Illinois

My name is Stoney, and I'm a one-year-old weimaraner/standard poodle mix from Elburn, IL. I like to run around the backyard, dig up the grass that Daddy just planted, and pick up all kinds of yucky things that Mommy doesn't like. I also think I'm a lap dog, but Mommy tells me that I'm a very BIG lap dog, and says I weigh 90 pounds. I like to gobble up my food as fast as I can, and then pretend that I didn't get any to see if I can trick Mommy into giving me more! I also enjoy eating books and digging in the garbage cans. At the end of the day, I like to lay on the couch, getting plenty of belly and ear scratches. Even though I'm a handful sometimes, I know they love me to pieces!

I was very good today. I didn't get in trouble once!

I stayed in the yard and chewed some sticks. I didn't do any digging.

You got some more food for me?

I said I was good! This is so unfair.

Mona the Weimaraner Mix from Rhode Island

Hi! I'm a weimaraner/lab mix puppy from Providence, RI. I was born in Kentucky and made my way to a shelter in the northeast, where Mommy snatched me up because of my pretty face. This was right before St. Patrick's Day, so she gave me the Gaelic name Muadhnat, which means "little noble one". But you can call me Mona. My favorite things to do are chew up water bottles (even if they're full) and play with all my friends at the dog park, especially the big dogs!

I enjoy smelling the roses in my personal garden.

Pshaw! Nobles deserve better fetching balls than this raggedy thing.

Has anyone seen my throne? The floor is no place for a distinguished pup like me.
