Tucker the Bichon Mix from Canada

Hi! My name is Tucker and I'm a bichon/shih tzu mix. Mommy calls me her little love-sponge because I can never get enough affection. Even so, I want everyone to know I'm a boy--I hate going to the groomer and getting all dolled up like a girl!

This handsome neckerchief is a little bit better.

I love to be loved, but I don't have to compromise my masculinity!

Even with short hair, I like to maintain a bit of a beard.

Charlie the Maltese Mix from South Carolina

Hi, my name is Charlie and I live in Beaufort, SC. I am a maltese/shi tzu mix, and quite a handsome guy, if I do say so myself. I am very playful and loving, and I get along great with my sister Ginger. The only thing I don't care for is getting my hair brushed. It's no fun!

I don't need all that brushing!

I think my hair looks great with practically no upkeep.

Maybe if I pretend to be a pillow, they won't come after me with the brush!

My name is Mocha. I'm a shih tzu mix from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. My little sister is the famous Cannelle, but I am the princess of the house. I'm sure I'm descended from royalty. I don't walk, I prance. All squeaky toys belong to me. I use my paws as tiny, thumbless hands. But I'm not above mingling with commoners. Sometimes my family fosters orphaned baby bunnies, and I love to lick and cuddle them.

It's a wonderful life for a princess.

I enjoy daily naps in the royal sunbathing room.

And I have my royal bear to  play with.

Cannyn the Shih Tzu Mix from Missouri

Hi, my name is Cannyn and I'm a shih tzu/poodle mix from St. Peters, MO. Mommy saved me from a house full of mean cats, and boy was I grateful! I have a brother Buddie (a poodle) and a baby sister named Lexie Marie who I love to play with. I also like PupCorn and squeaky toys. Mommy insists on posing me for pictures, which I put up with because I love spending time with her. Not because I like modeling.

Oh is it picture time? I was chewing something.

I think I take nice pictures, even next to my supermodel sister.

Teaspoon the Shih Tzu Mix from Ohio

Hi, my name is Teaspoon. I'm a yorkie/shih tzu mix from Ohio. I am 8 1/2 lbs. of cuteness. My parents named me Teaspoon because when they got me, I fit nicely in one hand. I am never more than a few feet away from them, even off leash. My favorite thing to do is cuddle with them on the couch. My life would be perfect except for one problem. I just got a new little brother.

My little brother can never be as cute as me. It's impossible.

Lexie Marie

Lexie Marie is a terrier/shih tzu puppy from St. Peters, Missouri. She loves playing with her two big brothers and all of her toys, especially the squeaky ones. At 3 months old, she follows her mommy everywhere, and Mommy can't get anything done! Lexie loves to have her picture taken, and whenever she sees a camera she sits and waits for her close-up.

I'm the cutest little puffball in the midwest.

I'm thinking about having a photo calendar made for '08.

I definitely know how to pose.

And the fact that my toys are bigger than me really adds to my appeal.

Zoe

Zoe is a terrier/shih tzu mix from St.John's, Newfoundland, Canada. She’s still a puppy and loves to run around the house “pretending she’s in charge,” says Mom. She can jump very high, but only when there are treats at stake. Zoe has brightened up her family’s home with her adorable personality.

Baxter is a bichon/shih tzu mix from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. His favorite toy is a stuffed dog that’s almost as big as he is, and he loves to drag it across the floor. He also loves to play tag with his 3-year-old human brother. Some people say Baxter looks like an ewok. His family thinks he’s the cutest little puppy around (and we agree).
