Lexi the Beagle Mix from Connecticut

Hi, my name is Lexi and I'm a beagle/pointer/whippet mix from Hebron, CT. I was adopted from the Danbury Animal Welfare Society when I was 2 years old. A few years later, my parents discovered I had shotgun pellets in my back! But you'd never know I had a difficult childhood, because I have a positive attitude. I love agility, and I'm the fastest dog at the dog park because of my long legs. I'm smart, too. When Mommy turns her back, I can scarf up a whole dish of cat food in one lick.

Duggan the Great Dane Mix from Seattle

Hi, my name is Duggan and I'm a Great Dane/German Shorthaired Pointer mix. I'm 11 years old (not bad for a big guy like myself!) and I recently moved to Seattle, WA from Atlanta, GA. My family and I drove cross country to get here, and I got to stay in a whole bunch of people hotels! I am happiest when I'm with my family, especially this little kid who showed up a few years ago. I love getting attention from all the nice people I meet when I'm out. My parents think I'm extremely smart. I have the vocabulary of a toddler, and I can even spell! I can spell p-a-r-k, r-i-d-e, o-u-t-s-i-d-e...

I just want to give a shout out to my best buddy.

You know, I got all the attention until you came along.

Bella the Dalmatian Mix from Georgia

Hi, my name is Bella. I am a dalmatian/pointer mix and live just outside of Atlanta, GA with my Mommy and Daddy. Mommy's friend found me on the side of the road, and he knew she had been waiting for the right doggie, so he took me to her house. Now I have my furever home! The doctor thinks I am about 5 months old and I am just starting to lose my puppy teeth. I love to run laps around the house and go to my Grammy's house so I can run around the backyard. I am very spoiled. I get to go to work with Daddy and I get to sleep in their big bed. Every time Mommy goes to the store, she always comes back with a new toy for me! 

I'm not spoiled, it's just that a lot of things in this house are mine.

Hoppy the Pointer Mix from New York

Hi, I am Hoppy, a German Shorthaired Pointer mix. I live in NYC with my mom and my sister. I am a city dog with a taste for the country. I love to go to Central Park where I can eat some grass and try to dig a hole to China. I haven't made it yet, but I am working on it. I also love the beach and swimming in the lake. Mom just took me by the edge to check it out, and I jumped in. She was so surprised! Like a lot of women in New York, I also love going shopping. The store owners give me treats! Now I try to go into stores even when Mom doesn't want to shop.

You can't beat New York, no matter what season it is. We've got the beach in summer.

Lovely flowers in the park in spring.

And in winter, I love making snow dog angels on the sidewalk!

But in this crazy city, it's nice to have your own quiet spot.

Hershey the Lab Mix from Massachusetts

My name is Hershey and I'm a lab/pointer mix from Cheshire, MA. I am one year old, and I was adopted from the local Humane Society. I am very generous with giving kisses to people. When I see Mommy has a treat, I give her my paw without even being asked. I'm a good girl, and I have a lot of energy!

I haven't gotten any treats today. Might as well nap!
