Patch the Husky Mix from Minnesota

Hi there. My name is Patch. I'm a husky/blue heeler mix from Minnesota. I was rescued from a shelter when I was 2 years old. I'm a shy guy, but I come out of my shell under the right circumstances. I enjoy getting brushed, taking walks, and playing with my brother. I also love Frosty Paws doggie ice cream. And I can howl like Tim Allen on Home Improvement.

People call me shy, but I think I've got a great personality.

husky blue heeler mix

I'd love to stay and chat, but I'd better get back to the office.

husky blue heeler mix

Hahaha! I crack myself up.

husky blue heeler mix

At least I'm funnier than Tim Allen.

Dazey the Cattle Dog Mix from Tennessee

Hi! My name is Dazey and I'm a cattle dog mix from Greenbriar, TN. I'm a very smart girl. I learned "sit" and "lie down" really quick. I follow my Mommy everywhere, and sometimes she trips over me! It's okay that I get in the way sometimes because I'm extra helpful around the house. I clean the floor under the baby's highchair until it's spotless.

cattle dog mix

Mom, can I come inside if I promise not to get in the way?

cattle dog mix

I won't ruin your floors, I swear.

cattle dog mix

I promise to eat all my food. And the baby's.

cattle dog mix

See? I'm a good helper!

Peanut the Corgi Mix from Texas

Hi, my name is Peanut. I'm a corgi/red heeler mix from north Texas. My favorite thing to do is hang out by the pool. But I get very upset when frogs get in! I have to chase them out! I also help Grandpa by licking the skimmer net clean. It's very important to me that my pool be the nicest one in the neighborhood.

corgi cattle dog mix

This pool isn't going to clean itself, people.

corgi cattle dog mix

Wait! I thought I saw a frog.

corgi cattle dog mix

I don't know who those frogs think they are.

Rocky the Cattle Dog Mix from Maryland

Hey there! My name is Rocky. They call me "Da Boy." I'm a blue heeler mixed with a little bit of everything. I was born outside Austin, TX but my owners didn't take good care of me. My new mom snatched me up and moved me to Clear Spring, MD. I'm a "freak of nature", as they say, because I'm a 104 lbs. with tiny ears and front legs that are shorter than my back legs. But I am a good boy, and very smart! I live at the foot of a mountain and I like to keep watch from the porch.

Welcome to my mountain retreat!

I'm sure you've been lured here by my stunning good looks.

cattle dog mix

The ladies love me, what can I say.

cattle dog mix

I don't think I'm a freak of nature at all!

Sister the Cattle Dog Mix from Arizona

Howdy! My name is Sister and I'm a cattle dog mix from Tucson, AZ. I was adopted from the Tucson Humane Society when I was just under a year old. My all-time favorite thing to do is chase a ball, but sometimes I catch frisbees, too. I weigh 18 lbs. and can jump really high. When Daddy comes home, I jump into his arms.

cattle dog mix

I broke the ball again...you got a spare?

cattle dog mix

Oh goodie! A new ball!

cattle dog mix

I don't mind the outfit as long as you throw my frisbee.

cattle dog mix

Open the door! This cowgirl wants to play!

Panda the Collie Mix from Oregon

My name is Panda and I am a border collie/cattle dog mix from Portland, OR. I’m originally from Los Angeles, where I was employed as an actress. I appeared in a TV commercial, but then my co-stars and I all came down with parvo. The training company we worked for gave us all away to families. Mine moved up north, and although I miss Hollywood, I love the lifestyle here. My favorite place is the beach – I would live there every day if I could. Recently I got a new little sister who I love very much.

Thea the Cattle Dog Mix from Oregon

Hi, my name is Thea (short for Theano-Purl) and I’m a cattle dog/border collie mix from Portland, OR. I was adopted through Northwest Border Collie Rescue a few months ago. Mommy says I’m pure sunshine. I love every man, woman, child, and fellow canine I meet. But I also have a mischievous side. Mom thinks I must have been a vacuum cleaner in a previous life because I eat everything I find, including her craft supplies. More than anything, I love my older sister Panda.

I can't help it if I'm hungry. I'm a growing girl.

Dottie

Dottie is a cattle dog/beagle mix from Toledo, Ohio. She was rescued from an abusive home by the Humane Society, where she chose her new family by climbing into Mommy’s lap. She loves other dogs and cats and lives for hugs and cuddles. Unfortunately Dottie broke her foot this past July and is still hobbling around in a cast. But she still loves to run and gets the “zoomies” when she’s excited. Get well soon, Dottie!

Here I am on a hike with my pawprint cast.

This is when I had the smiley face cast.

Daddy wishes I could "be whole again"...and I will be very soon!

Like I tell him, don't worry, be happy!

Mitzi

Mitzi is a terrier mix from Melbourne, Australia. She is going on 10 years old and is very tolerant of her little kitten brother who attacks her in her sleep. Mitzi has lots of doggy friends that she plays with but can get grumpy with some dogs she doesn't know. She has a big personality and loves playing ball.

Look Mom, I'm in a tree!

Me drying off by the pool.

This is me doing what I love best, playing ball at the beach.

It gets hot in Melbourne but I have my own pool, so it's all good.
