Max the Lab Mix from Toronto

Hi, my name is Max and I'm a Chocolate Lab/Springer Spaniel mix from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. My brother and I used to live in Savannah, Georgia, until our owner became terminally ill. We were given to a relative, but then sent to the pound. We were then taken in by a rescue organization and bounced around to different foster homes before our new mommy adopted us and brought us to Canada, where we joined 3 more brothers to make a pack of 5. I'm an easygoing, adaptable guy. I love car rides, playing fetch, and lying down in any pool of water I can find. Whenever I wake up from a nap, or when someone comes home, I grab whatever I can and put it in my mouth, whether it's a shoe, the mail, or a grocery bag. I can't help it, I get excited.

He is so adorable!! I'm so glad he found a new home! That was a cute raincoat-looking thing he was wearing--is that what it was?

I'm glad that you've been able to keep the brothers together. I know your beautiful boys will love the snow, because they sure didn't get any here in Savannah. Just lovely looking dogs. Enjoy them.

Sounds like you had a bad start but ended up being rescued by an Angel!!!! Beautiful story and dogs. I am a fellow Canadian from Manitoulin Is. We have 3 dogs & 2 cats. Many happy years with all your 4 leggeds!!!!
