George the Spaniel Mix from Texas

My name is George and I am a spaniel mix from Texas. Someone found me and my sister in their yard and brought us to my mommy and daddy. They have rescued a lot of dogs in need--there are 21 of us in all! I was sick with heartworm and I was covered in mud and burrs when they took me in. But now I'm all better. I like to play in the mud and then run into the kitchen with an innocent look on my face. I love to get dirty, but I'm a good boy!

I may be a rough-and-tumble kind of boy, but I can still behave when I need to.

I'm always nice to my sister.

And I'm always willing to help unload the groceries!
