Penny is a sweet, shy shepherd mix hoping to find her forever home. For our readers in the New York area, Penny is currently at the North Shore Animal League in Port Washington (Long Island).
luvmutt.com mascots Punky and Rascal were both adopted from the North Shore Animal League. They are a wonderful shelter.
