Hi, my name is Abby. I'm a chihuahua/terrier mix from Texas. I have a sister named Sophie who's a lot of fun, but sometimes she tries to start stuff with me and Mommy has to tell her to leave me alone. Mommy spoils me because I know how to turn on the charm. I'm a master at the "curled paws" technique. I'm just a little dog with a happy life.

I may be small, but I use my paws very effectively.

Can you scratch my head? Please? Look how cute I am.

Can you build me a nice fire to sleep by? Please? I'm so tiny.

Duggan the Great Dane Mix from Seattle

Hi, my name is Duggan and I'm a Great Dane/German Shorthaired Pointer mix. I'm 11 years old (not bad for a big guy like myself!) and I recently moved to Seattle, WA from Atlanta, GA. My family and I drove cross country to get here, and I got to stay in a whole bunch of people hotels! I am happiest when I'm with my family, especially this little kid who showed up a few years ago. I love getting attention from all the nice people I meet when I'm out. My parents think I'm extremely smart. I have the vocabulary of a toddler, and I can even spell! I can spell p-a-r-k, r-i-d-e, o-u-t-s-i-d-e...

I just want to give a shout out to my best buddy.

You know, I got all the attention until you came along.

Miley the Terrier Mix from Idaho

Hi! My name is Miley and I'm a little puppy from Sun Valley, ID. My mommy responded to an ad for a chihuahua, but she came home with the chihuahua (my sister) and with me, because I was so irresistible. Daddy didn't understand. He said I was the ugliest dog he'd ever seen! But I don't care what he says. I know I'm cute, and Mommy says I'm "original."

Why wouldn't you think I was cute?!

I'm not much bigger than a can of soup.

I have an adorable scruffy muzzle.

I look lovely in pink.

And I have these awesome airplane wing ears.

Daddy doesn't know what real beauty is!

Sophie the Terrier Mix from Texas

Hi, my name is Sophie and I'm a terrier mix from Texas. Like all terriers, I have a lot of energy and I keep myself busy. But I love a good nap, and I sleep in the bed with my mommy. Every night before I go to sleep, I suck on my teddy bear's muzzle and massage his shoulders. My family doesn't know what to make of this, but he's my bear, so frankly it's none of their business.

I know it's a bit unorthodox.

I just get lonely sometimes and I need someone to cuddle.

I know some people don't approve of the relationship.

But I love my bear and he loves me!
