Ava the Pit Mix from Missouri

Hi, my name is Ava and I'm a pit bull mix from Columbia, MO. Mommy found me at a gas station when I was only a few weeks old. I've since grown up to be a big girl, but I'm pretty shy. My favorite things to do are play with my brother Milo, lay around and cuddle. I'm afraid of beeping microwaves and jingling car keys. Some people meet me and are automatically afraid of me because of the way I look. I just want them to pet me! Mommy says I've been an angel since day one. How could you be scared of this face?

I'm here to tell you that pit bull mixes are great dogs.

I'm obedient and loyal.

I'm very quiet and I don't cause trouble.

I was quite an adorable puppy.

So don't be afraid to adopt somebody like me!

Ava, thank you for letting the world know what a sweet doggie you are. My Honey is a pit bull mix, too, and she's just as precious as you are! She may look tough and have a loud bark, but she's just a big old softie.
