Riley the Shepherd Mix from Missouri

Hi, my name is Riley. I was adopted from the Belleville Humane Society when Daddy decided to stop there on his way home from work. I had been at the shelter for a very long time! They say that big black dogs take the longest to get adopted, which is no fair. But Daddy loved me and he took me home. I have two doggie sisters that are smaller than me. But I still have to eat my rawhide on the bed so they can't steal it from me! My parents think I am mixed with rottweiler and maybe even sheltie. What do you think?

Lucky for me I have an impulsive daddy. 

Otherwise I might still be in the shelter!

I don't understand how so many people could pass up these ears.

I mean, come on! It takes me an hour every morning to get my hair just right.

What a beautiful dog. He looks like he has taken his ears from a teddy bear and snapped them on to his head. I think you may be right about the rotty he has some chest girth it looks like. His body has the same coloring as my Jacob who is shepard/rottweiler/st.bernard all rolled into one sweet giant package.
