Hero the Collie Mix from Washington
Hi, my name is Hero. I’m a border collie/Llewellyn setter mix from Seattle, WA. I take pleasure in the simple things, like chewing expensive furniture. But I really do live up to my name. When I was a little puppy, my mom was riding her bike, and she fell and got hurt. I jumped on her back and barked and yelled until someone came and helped her. I got extra dinner that night.
Being a hero is just part of my nature.
I keep dangerous invaders out of our yard.
When I go to the beach, I keep my eye out for swimmers in distress.
They call me Hero, but I just like to think of myself as a good dog.

What a darling. It is possible that Hero is a litter mate to my Jimmy who's origins/breed(s) have always been a mystery since we found each other at the King County Humane Society. If your Hero is anything like my boy then you have a great companion.
